At Eiotclub®, we stand by the quality of our connectivity solutions and offer a 30-day return window for all hardware devices in their original condition. Please note that data plans and activated SIM cards are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Eiotclub

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
